The menu covers removal of dip, Gel-X or acrylic enhancements, with the natural nail trimmed, shaped and buffed and finished with cuticle oil. Gel can be added to an acrylic service. Manicures include cuticle cleanup, a massage and the polish of the client's choice, while designs are booked as a separate add-on. Dip powder, solid color, builder gel and Gel-X are offered as longer appointments, and French tips and three tiers of design work range from minimal accents on a few fingers to detailed art on every nail. Nail repair is also available, and a home service brings nail or pedicure care to a client's home or an assisted living facility.

Appointments are booked online through the business's GlossGenius page. Cancellations need to be made at least 2 hours before the appointment, and a 30% fee applies to no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, but clients must be approved before their appointment. Gift cards are offered.
