The Maple Valley location is open 9:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. Appointments can be booked online for either location.

Manicures come in Basic, Deluxe and Tipsy Lagoon versions, priced from $35 to $55, and a complimentary beverage is served with them. Gel polish can be added to any manicure for $15. Pedicures run from $38 for the Basic Lagoon Pedicure, which includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle grooming, a buff, a pumice and sugar scrub, a lotion massage and a hot stone with polish, up to $85 for the Tipsy Lagoon Pedicure. That top option adds a fruit-based foot soak, paraffin wax and collagen socks. Wine served with some pedicures is limited to 6 oz. The Deluxe and Luxury Lagoon Pedicures use Triple-X organic product, and the salon describes the organic ingredients in its Luxury Lagoon Pedicure as certified.

Nail enhancements include Tipsy Acrylic full sets and fill-ins in regular polish, gel or shellac, and ombre acrylic, as well as the Dipping Lagoon line. Dipping Lagoon options cover natural nails, Gel Builder, Gel X, Tips On and Dipping Ombre With French Tips, with cuticle cleaning included in each. Removal is priced separately for those who need it: Y-Gel or shellac take-off, dipping take-off, acrylic take-off and acrylic soak-off, each without a full service.

The business also sells nail art and nail supplies, says it stocks the products its salon uses, and offers same-day delivery on orders. It offers training to nail professionals.
