Walk-ins are welcome alongside booked appointments, and online booking is available through the salon's Square page. Design charges are applied after all designs are placed, and designs confirmed at consultation are billed as agreed. Before and after photos are taken of every service for business, education, quality control, portfolio and marketing use. Clients can ask that photos not be shown publicly, but they are still kept internally, and photos are a condition of service.

The menu covers acrylic full sets from $75, with removals and fill-ins priced separately, and acrylic full set bundles from $92 that can include chrome, French tips, cat eye polish and removals. Gel full sets start at $90 with a choice of Hard Gel, Gel-X or Polygel, and gel full set bundles start at $107. Gel fill-ins start at $80, but gel enhancements can only be filled once, after which a removal and a new full set are needed. Dip manicures on natural nails start at $60, including removal, with a $25 up-charge for extra length. Pedicures start at $55, and press-on application is $30 when clients bring their own set. Nail repair is $8 per nail and starts there.

The salon also runs Sip and Tip press-on workshops where guests paint, design and build a custom press-on set. Groups of three to seven, including bachelorette parties, bridal showers, birthdays and corporate events, can book packages priced by event type after contacting the salon. The Tips Are For Kids menu serves ages 5 to 14, and the Chicago Kids Nail Camp runs for girls ages 10 to 13 from 10 AM to 3:30 PM in small groups for $495, with supplies and lunch included.

Hours are Tuesday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday through Saturday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays for events. The business is cashless and accepts major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App, with cash directed to a Zelle payment at checkout. A $5 service fee is added to each service, and prices may change.
