The manicure menu runs from a basic service with shaping, cuticle care, hand massage and a choice of polish, up through a Deluxe option with exfoliation and an extended massage. A Hot Oil Manicure uses warm oil for dry hands and cuticles, a Restorative Manicure focuses on nail care and moisturizing, and a Gel/No-Chip Manicure gives a high-shine, chip-resistant finish. A Princess Manicure is designed for children. Pedicures follow the same pattern, with King Pedicure as the premium option. Nail enhancements include acrylic, builder gel, builder gel pink and white, pink and white nails and dip powder, along with repairs for broken or damaged nails and removal of acrylic, dip powder, builder gel and gel polish. Add-ons include paraffin treatments, nail art and polish changes in regular, French or gel/no-chip finishes. Facial waxing covers eyebrows, lip, chin, cheeks and the full face.
Hygiene is a stated focus. Each client has their own implements, kept in a labeled box for that client. Metal tools are sterilized, and a fresh box is opened for each manicure or pedicure. The whirlpool foot spa and manicure tools are sterilized after each use under Wisconsin Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations, and the salon says it exceeds state sanitation rules. The foot spa basin is disinfected between clients, its screen is cleaned and disinfected daily, and the basin is filled with disinfectant every two weeks and left to sit for 6 to 10 hours. Mani/Pedi parties are offered for birthdays, bridal parties, girls' day out and other group occasions, and group appointments are best booked in advance. Gift certificates are available in any amount.
