Hand services run from a regular polish manicure to gel polish manicures, builder gel and Gel X enhancements with full-cover tips. Enhancement removal, nail repair and nail art are also offered. Foot services include a dry pedicure that covers toenail polish only, a full pedicure, and a longer Pedicure and Beyond with callus work, an exfoliating scrub and a mud mask. A separate set called Tiny Tips n Toes is for children 10 and under.
Booking is recommended to secure a time, though walk-ins are taken as availability allows. Reservations need a first and last name, a valid phone number and a card on file, or a non-refundable cash deposit of half the service price. Groups of four or more pay a 25% deposit when booking. Payment is by cash, debit or major credit card, and checks are not accepted.
Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window on weekdays, or inside 48 hours on Fridays and weekends, carry a 50% fee. Arriving up to 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service, and arriving more than 20 minutes late is treated as a last-minute cancellation. Completed services are not refunded, but chipping or lifting within 48 hours is repaired free of charge. Clients should mention any allergies or health concerns to their technician.
Technicians can turn away anyone with an open wound, a fungal infection, or a contagious skin or nail condition, based on their own judgment.
