The menu covers everyday care, such as a manicure with cuticle care and one color, and a pedicure with a foot soak, scrub, mask, massage and callus treatment. Longer appointments include acrylic fills, dip manicures, acrylic enhancements, builder gel overlays, Gel-X soft gel extensions and a combined manicure and pedicure. Clients coming from another salon can have enhancements removed through a foreign soak-off, which is priced and timed separately from a soak-off on work done in-house.
Booking takes a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final cost. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, and a no-show or late cancellation is charged 100% of the requested services to the card used to book. Clients running late are asked to text an estimated arrival time as soon as possible; arriving more than 15 minutes late can shorten or change the service, or lead to the appointment being rescheduled. Concerns about a service should be raised within 48 hours.
Repairs cover up to three nails that have lifted, chipped or broken. Repairs requested within five days of the original service are free where they apply; after five days they are not complimentary. Depending on the condition of the nails, a soak-off and a new set may be recommended at the client's expense. Before a replacement enhancement set, the nail tech assesses the natural nails and may suggest a different service, agreed on in advance.
Payment is accepted by Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and cash, and a credit card is not needed at checkout. Card payments carry a 2.6% processing fee added at the end of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment.
