Every client starts with a free consultation covering their goals, a plan, realistic outcomes and pricing. Consultations are required before Sculptra and laser services, and laser also requires an initial skin consultation that reviews medical history. Plans are personalized to each client, and the business says it does not promote trends or unrealistic expectations. Injectors and the lead esthetician coordinate so that injectable and skin services can be layered together for a multi-level approach.

Injectable work includes dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, under eyes, chin and jawline, nose, smile and marionette lines, glabellar and deep forehead lines, and temples, starting at $750 per syringe, with no half syringes. Botox and Dysport are priced at $15 per unit and are used for wrinkles, TMJ, sweating, lip flips and a Nefertiti neck lift. Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator that prompts the body to build collagen, starts at $1,600, and dissolving filler is offered for clients who want old filler removed before a new plan is made. Full face bundles range from $3,000 to $5,500. The syringe and unit counts in bundles are starting points, and bundle syringes and units must be used at the appointment rather than saved for later.

Skin services include Diamond Glow, a diamond exfoliation, extraction and serum infusion suited to all skin types and tones at $200 per treatment or $700 for four; Glo2 Facial, which combines exfoliation, oxygenation, serums, light and ultrasound; BioRePeel, a chemical peel with minimal peeling; dermaplaning; a sculpting facial using gua sha, ice globes and an AnteAGE mask; and Rejuvapen microneedling with Plated serum, offered on the face and body and recommended as at least three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart. Laser treatments use Sciton devices: MOXI, a non-ablative treatment for pigmentation, uneven tone, texture and signs of aging that is not suitable for active acne; SkinTyte, which uses infrared light and can be used on skin types V and VI; and the TTC Glow Stack, which combines BBL and MOXI. Laser hair removal packages are available to current clients only. The business describes its skin treatments as highly effective.

The TTClub membership is a one-time annual fee of $275 covering 12 months. Members get 10% off Tox and filler appointments with Michelle and Sarina, including Sculptra; 15% off skin services with Kayleigh, excluding already-discounted packages; 15% off medical-grade skincare; a free skin add-on with discounted skin packages; and 50% off any facial during their birthday month. Loyalty perks include a $50 voucher after buying two filler syringes in a membership year and a free crow's feet or frown line treatment at the fourth annual Botox, Dysport or Letybo appointment. Membership renews automatically unless written cancellation arrives at least 30 days before renewal, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and the membership can be paused once for a pregnancy-related freeze of up to 12 months. Alle and Aspire points can also be earned and used for services.

Arched by Lindsay Marie and Bee Linked have their own separate space inside the Tinytox Collab office, but their appointments cannot be booked through Tinytox Collab. A free parking lot is located by the entrance. Wedding prep packages and gift cards are available. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm, though hours vary by provider, and the office is closed Sundays and Mondays. Medical screening is required, and the cancellation policy is posted on the website.

Plans are personalized to each client's goals, with an emphasis on transparency, integrity and collaboration. Injectors and the lead esthetician coordinate to combine injectable and skin services.

The founder describes the space as comfortable, beautiful and joyful.
