Menu options are grouped by how clients want their nails finished. Natural services use regular polish, while the Gel Trendsetter and Trendsetter (Gel) services use LED-cured Japanese-made gel polish. The Gel Natural Manicure includes removal of previous gel polish, and the Gel Natural Pedicure includes that removal on the house. Men's manicures and pedicures and a Mini-Me menu for children twelve and under are also offered.

Seasonal and add-on options let clients customize a visit. A Signature Service of the Month rotates each month, and the October options are gel cat-eye polish. Add-ons include a Modern French Gel, which uses gel from The Gel Bottle, and a Deluxe Pedicure with a Himalayan salt soak, ginseng and ginger scrub, basalt stones and a foot mask.

Wedding parties and children's celebrations are a large part of the offering. The Bridal Collection has four tiers, Catherine, Diana, Elizabeth and Victoria, and the Elizabeth package requires booking six weeks ahead. Payment is split, with half due at booking and the rest at the event. Kids' birthday parties come in three tiers, Talullah, Gracie and Riley, for groups of eight with a six-guest minimum, a 50% deposit at booking and about two hours of service.

The salon does not offer acrylic nails and does not take high-volume or rushed appointments. Gift cards and merchandise are sold, and products can be bought online through Fresha, where group booking and gift sends are also available. The salon publishes a complimentary monthly mini magazine, Polished, which is sent by email with stories, nail health tips and previews.

The salon focuses on natural nails, non-toxic polish brands and an unhurried pace rather than high-volume service. Its polishes are said to be free of formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, camphor and acrylic nails.
