Color services range from balayage and foil or hand-painted highlights to glosses and tones, root retouches, and specialty color priced after consultation. Cuts and styling include men's and women's haircuts, a curly haircut built around natural curl patterns, blowouts, and special occasion styling such as updos, Hollywood waves, beach curls, and flat-iron looks. Smoothing treatments use Keratin Complex to reduce frizz and add shine, offered as Express, Deluxe Express, Full, or personalized versions with the stylist recommending the best fit. Facial waxing covers customized eyebrow shaping and lip and chin work.

Prices depend on hair length, hair volume, and the stylist doing the service. Color correction begins with a 15-minute consultation at no charge and an estimated non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, late cancellations may be charged 50% or more of the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled service. Hair extension services, deposits, maintenance, and care are non-refundable. Only clients receiving services may be inside the salon, and children are welcome with their own appointment.

Adjustments are covered by a 7-day rebook guarantee, and haircut adjustments must be completed within two weeks of the original service. The salon sells professional haircare chosen by its team, including R+Co, across everyday essentials, blonde and color care, repair and treatment, and styling and finish. Unopened retail products bought at the salon can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.
