Visits are meant to feel relaxed, private and cozy, with personal attention for each client. Clients can ask for a quiet appointment or a conversational one. Every service starts with clean prep and structure, with a focus on quality products and long-lasting results. The boutique does not work on another technician's nails; clients wearing another tech's work book a soak off and a fresh set first.

Services cover manicures in Essential, Classic, Spa and Deluxe versions, and pedicures in the same four levels, each pedicure including a foot soak and callus reduction. Essential and Classic manicures are $25.00 and take about an hour and a half, while the Deluxe pedicure is $65.00 and takes about three hours. Enhancements in hard and soft builder gel, including fill-ins, overlays, tip extensions and sculpture extensions, include a dry manicure and start at $45 to $75 depending on the service. Up to four hot towels can be added to a main service at $2.00 each.

Kids manicures and pedicures are for ages 6-12, and a parent must be present throughout. Waterless manicures are available on request with kids pedicure services. Removals of gel polish, dip powder, acrylic, structure gel, gel extensions and hard gel are offered, and soak-off removal costs less when booked with a service. The boutique is open Monday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and is closed Thursday and Sunday.
