Timeless Brows works from a suite at 50 Barrett Parkway in Marietta, Georgia, and takes bookings online. The business also offers house calls. It is open Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Saturdays.

The services are brow-focused permanent makeup. Ombre powder shading is placed with either a digital machine or a handheld tool, building a shaded look rather than crisp, hair-like strokes. The combo option adds hairstrokes at the front of the brow and uses shading through the body and tail to give the brow more structure and definition.

Returning clients can book touch-ups on a schedule that depends on when their last session was. Options include a touch-up four to six weeks after a first session, a touch-up between eight weeks and two years later, and a combo touch-up at four to six weeks.
