Clients who are unsure where to start can book a free 30-minute consultation online to help choose a treatment. A free skin mapping consultation includes a skin analysis and personalized recommendations. Long-distance clients can book a free 45-minute video appointment to talk through skin health and products.

Signature offerings include the Timeless Beauty Signature Facial, which uses peels and treatments selected for each client's skin concerns, the RevitaPen Facial Infusion and Osmosis Facial Infusion, both non-acid peels with no downtime, and the Holistic Sculpt and Lift facial with buccal massage. Body treatments include an infrared sauna bed, which can be paired with a mineral wrap and sold in packages, and a Celluma light therapy session. Add-ons such as gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic drainage and LED light can be requested in the appointment notes.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Sunday appointments are available by special request, and days and hours can be adjusted for events. The spa also has a small boutique with Osmosis and COSMEDIX skincare and wellness products, wellness patches and sundresses. New online customers can get a discount on a first product order, and new clients who mention it receive 10% off pricing.
