The approach blends Eastern and Western healing practices and aims at relaxation alongside spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. The name comes from a Hebrew phrase meaning to repair the world.

Guests can use the far-infrared Himalayan salt room, a Korean clay room, a eucalyptus steam room, a clay sauna, reflexology mats and a women-only jacuzzi. The site recommends spending about 20 minutes in the salt and clay rooms before a spa journey or body wrap. Men's and women's changing areas have traditional saunas and nearby showers. Four spa journey rooms have hand-carved stone tubs, and a private Couples Suite includes a hydrotherapy tub for two, dual massage tables, an onyx resting chamber and a private restroom. Any treatment can be done in the couples suite, with the jacuzzi and onyx chamber charged extra on inquiry.

The spa hosts spa party fundraisers for nonprofits, schools, churches and other groups, with up to 20% off treatments donated to the fundraiser, according to the salon. Specials are offered monthly, and clients are asked to call to book. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
