The menu covers manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements such as acrylic, builder gel, T.A.P gel, Gel X and dipping powder, and a range of nail art and polish add-ons. Pedicures are offered in seven tiers, from a basic Classic Tiger Pedicure to a VIP Tiger Pedicure. Each step up adds a different soak, scrub, mask, massage time or paraffin treatment. A separate Tiger Cub menu is for children 10 years old and younger. Waxing covers the face, body and legs, from lip and eyebrows up to full back.
Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome. The salon uses disposable liners for each customer to reduce cross-contamination. Prices can change with nail length, designs and the time a service takes, so clients are asked to confirm the price with their technician before service begins. The services list shows card prices slightly above cash prices for most services. Gift certificates are available.
Booking policies: cancellations need advance notice, and arriving 10 minutes or more late turns an appointment into a walk-in. Health issues and diabetes must be disclosed before service. Ingrown toenail trimming is done only at the client's request, and the salon is not responsible for problems that follow. Clients pay for salon products they damage during a visit. Refunds are not given on services, but the salon will try to address any issue, and dissatisfied clients can speak with the manager. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards, and it can refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude. Adults are responsible for the children they bring in. Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The salon is closed on Tuesdays.
