Only clients receiving services may attend appointments unless arranged in advance, and children may come along only when scheduled for a service or approved beforehand.

The salon offers a signature Crowning Experience, which is included with some visits. Guests are asked to share allergies, sensitivities or scalp concerns before their appointment, and the salon notes that individual results vary and that care and maintenance affect how long a service lasts.
