Chemical services start with a consultation. New clients seeking a chemical service are asked to book one first, which covers hair history, current condition, the result they want, pricing, strand testing and timing. If a consultation is booked ahead of a full service, its fee is added to the service price; a consultation on its own is paid in full. Several color services, including balayage, ombre, highlights, color correction and colorful ombre plus balayage, take a non-refundable deposit, and the final estimate for some of these is set during the consultation.
Clients who want a more tailored plan can use the request a service option. For this, clients send front, back and side photos of their hair, a one-to-four-year hair history, and three inspiration photos showing both straight and curled styles.
The menu also includes a range of hair treatments (Olapex, regular and scalp treatments), Brazilian Blowout smoothing in four length tiers, lash lifting with or without tint, and makeup for special occasions. Hours are Monday 6:30 to 8:20 am, Tuesday 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 6:30 to 8:25 am, Thursday 6:30 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. The business is closed on Friday and Saturday.
