Every visit begins with a consultation covering goals, pricing and upkeep. Add-ons such as a K18 treatment, tip out or vivid color can be combined with a color service. Booking is online, a waitlist is available when there are no openings, and clients receive a confirmation text before a first visit with a link to manage the appointment.

Cancellations must be made by phone during business hours within 48 hours of the appointment to avoid a fee of half the service, and no-shows are charged the full service. A redo is complimentary if a concern is raised within 48 hours of the last appointment. After photos are taken with the client's permission.
