Every table has a clean-air system, and the seating area includes built-in phone charging and a place for guests to rest their handbags. The salon promotes a clean-air, relaxing feel for a visit.
Booking is by phone. Design requests should be mentioned when booking, and clients can mention the Instagram caption of a design when calling. After booking, a text confirmation is sent, and clients can reply with reference photos. Intricate sets may need extra time or a design consultation in advance. Group reservations are made by calling the salon, and private events and planning help are requested through the inquiry form on the contact page.
Cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, carry a $25 fee that is added to the client's next visit. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be asked to keep a card on file. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment time are treated as walk-ins, and their services may be shortened or moved to another time.
The service warranty covers lifting or chipping from the original application for 7 days. Concerns must be reported within that window for evaluation and possible complimentary correction. The warranty excludes normal wear, lifestyle activities, accidental impact, picking and outside factors, and maintenance or repairs after 7 days are charged. Changes to color, design, shape or length are priced as new services. The salon does not do partial repairs on work from another salon and recommends a full removal and new set in that case.
Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. They are delivered by email, can be printed after checkout, and balances can be checked on the online gift card page.
