Care is delivered by an integrated team that works from one health record and a shared care plan. Services can be booked online or in clinic. Clinical support staff perform bloodwork and ultrasounds in house. Specialist care in areas such as gynecology, gastroenterology and cardiology is arranged through health system partnerships.

Tia publishes cash prices by city for uninsured patients and for services a health plan does not cover, and says it is committed to price transparency. Tia accepts most PPO plans and lists in-network coverage. Members can book through a member link, and membership includes help with billing, insurance and specialist referrals, plus priority booking and prescription refills without an appointment.
