Color services include custom color such as balayage, highlights and lowlights, a lived-in blonding service, and an all-over single-process color from scalp to ends that is not a lightening service. A gloss tone balances color and highlights, and root touch-ups provide permanent grey coverage.

Hand-tied extensions are sewn onto a beaded track that lies flat against the head, without glue, heat or tape. Hair used in the extensions is reused for as long as it stays in good condition. The studio says the extensions move like natural hair and are comfortable enough to sleep in. Every set begins with a free consultation covering length, number of rows and color match, which also helps decide whether extensions suit the client's hair. Moving up, which repositions existing rows as hair grows, and adding rows are priced separately.

Visits are scheduled in advance only, either through the online booking page or by calling or texting the studio. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and it is closed on Mondays and Sundays. A missed appointment that is rescheduled is charged 50% of the reserved service, and one that is not rescheduled is charged 100%.

Hand-tied extensions are installed flat on a beaded track with no glue, heat or tape, and each set starts with a free consultation.
