A curly haircut without styling, which is 30 minutes and $85, is for repeat clients only and must be booked within six months of the last curly cut. A wash and style takes about 90 minutes and starts at $105, with no cut included but with curl coaching. A cut and style runs 60 to 105 minutes at $165 and also includes curl coaching. For trims and upkeep only, there is a curly express cut, which requires a studio cut in the last six months. Cuts are generally booked every two to six months, and curly cuts suit clients who wear their hair curly more than 60 percent of the time, while traditional cuts suit those who mostly wear it straight, blown out or iron-curled.

Lash services cover classic, hybrid and volume extensions. Classic lashes use one extension per natural lash, while volume uses hand-made fans of three to six lashes. Full sets are customized to the client's preferences, natural lash strength and eye shape. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and take one to one and a half hours. Lash lifts and tints are repeated on the client's natural lash cycle, and extension removal is offered. New clients who already have extensions from another technician book a three-week fill of their chosen type, and if they need less time, the service time and price are adjusted at the end of the appointment.

Booking policies are firm. Appointments made without the required deposit are cancelled after 24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a 50 percent non-refundable deposit toward the next appointment. No-shows, or clients who do not notify the studio 24 hours ahead, are charged 50 percent of the total cost to the card on file. Rescheduling within 24 hours carries a non-refundable $15 fee that is not applied to the new booking. Curly clients are asked to arrive with dry, semi-clean hair one to two days old, with minimal product and no tight braids, buns or ponytails. Hair must be detangled, and matted hair incurs a $30 fee and a rescheduled appointment. Lash clients should remove all makeup beforehand and avoid mascara for 24 hours where possible.

The studio says its first priority is the client and the health of natural lashes, and it tailors each curly cut to the client's hair type, goals and everyday routine.
