Every extension package includes custom color and weft blending. Hair purchased for extensions is non-refundable, and extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

Appointments can be booked online or through a consultation request. Color services need 24 hours' notice to cancel; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 75% of the service total. Extension cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and no-shows or later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may have the service changed or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee applies if rescheduling is needed. Gift cards are available through an online page.
