Waxing is the heart of the menu. Brazilian waxing covers the front, the labia and the back of the bikini area, with the amount removed chosen by the client. Body waxing uses soft or hard wax depending on the area and the skin, and covers underarms, arms, legs, stomach, chest, back and bum cheeks. A first-time Brazilian wax is listed at $45, and a stomach strip add-on is $15 when paired with another service.

The brow and lash menu includes brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that lifts and sets brow hairs in a fuller, more uniform direction without adding pigment, along with brow waxing with tinting. Lash lifts curl natural lashes from the base using a lifting solution and a silicone shield, with no extensions, and lash tinting can be added. Clients are usually advised to rebook brow lamination every six to eight weeks and expect lash lift results to last six to eight weeks.

The skin services include dermaplaning, which uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair from the face, and an advanced facial that combines dermaplaning with a double cleanse, enzyme mask, massage, extractions, finishing mask, serums and SPF. Microneedling uses a device with sterile needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. Medical-grade red light therapy can be added to microneedling for $40 per session. A consultation before the first microneedling session is recommended to check suitability, and results are described as building over a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every few months.

Before a waxing appointment, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, typically two to three weeks off the razor. First-time waxing clients are advised to stop shaving at least four weeks ahead. Clients are asked to avoid heavy oils and thick lotions on the day of the visit, and showering beforehand is suggested. Booking ahead is usually recommended, especially for specific days and times. The studio follows a strict no double-dipping policy. A 50% fee applies to cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, and a full charge applies to no-shows. The studio is open Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and is closed Sunday.
