The practice focuses on natural, personalized treatment, with full-face balancing and subtle enhancements. Its guiding idea is that enhancement should not change who a person is, so treatments aim to refine a client's own features and to deliver long-term results rather than quick fixes. Only non-surgical treatments are offered.

A visit begins with a consultation where the practitioner reviews the client's goals, medical history including allergies and current medications or products, and a skin assessment, then builds a personalized plan. There is no pressure to book treatment during that visit; a first treatment can be scheduled later.

The newer studio is about 2,600 square feet, with expanded treatment rooms and more space and privacy. It sits in a business complex a few minutes from Interstate 95. The team attends industry conferences and training to keep up with new techniques, sources locally when possible, and partners with businesses in Stafford and Fredericksburg. An online skincare shop and gift cards are also available.

Insurance is not accepted for these elective services. Major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted, along with HSA or FSA cards that carry a Visa logo. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, and it is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations need 24 to 48 hours' notice; cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments carry a $100 fee.
