About

Thirst IV Society is a women-owned and operated mobile IV therapy business in Miami. The business describes itself as a leading provider of mobile IV vitamin therapy in South Florida and says it has served more than 12,000 patients. It lists more than 80 service areas across Miami-Dade, Broward and South Florida, including Miami Beach, South Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Aventura, Doral, Key Biscayne and Edgewater. Brickell condo towers and nearby offices and hotels are served regularly, and same-day visits are sometimes available there.

The company was founded by Issette Borrego to combine clinical medical care with a high-end self-care experience. Treatments are given in the client's home, hotel room, office or boat, or at an event. Clients choose an IV, book by phone or through the website contact form (booking is available around the clock), and receive the infusion while seated in a chair. Before the first drip, a quick health review is completed, and a medical history review happens before treatment. Baseline lab work is usually not required but may be recommended for advanced protocols or certain medical conditions. Temporary bruising, arm soreness or a cooling sensation during the infusion are the minor side effects the business lists. The business notes that IV therapy does not replace medical treatment.

Every session is delivered by Florida-licensed registered nurses who are supervised by a medical doctor. The signature Vital Core infusion of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants is listed at $359, with Liquid Gold at $279, True Hangover at $399, NAD+ from $399, Niagen NR from $449, Pure Reset at $599 and Innerbloom at $699. Pricing is presented with no hidden fees, and the business notes that treatment frequency depends on the client's goals.

A NAD Drip Membership is also offered, though no price is listed. Discounted group rates are available for friends, families and teams, and hotel guests in South Beach and Mid-Beach can receive treatment in their rooms.

Pairs medical oversight with individualized IV plans delivered at the client's location.

Treatments take place in the client's own space, such as a home, hotel room, office or boat.
