They're REAL Lashes is a small studio run by owner and lash artist Tatiana Garcia. It is a calm, private space where the owner gives each client her full attention. The studio serves Redwood City, Burlingame, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos and the wider Bay Area, and the full address is shared once a booking is confirmed.

New clients apply to the VIP client list before booking a first appointment. The owner reviews every application personally and replies within 48 hours. The studio takes a limited number of new clients each month, up to 30 per month, and applicants join a waiting list reviewed in the order received. Being on that list does not guarantee an appointment or a set timeframe.

Services are grouped into lash extensions, lifts and laminations, waxing, and packages. Full sets come in six styles, chosen at a consultation when you arrive, and a first visit is recommended. A full set takes about two to three hours and typically lasts three to five weeks with proper care. Refills are suggested every 12 to 21 days, once 40 to 50 percent of lashes remain. Lash lifts and tints work on natural lashes without extensions and last six to eight weeks.

Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, and late arrivals may need to reschedule. Cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Online booking with instant confirmation is available. Hours are Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. The studio says it has served more than 500 clients.
