Booking runs on deposits. Appointments must be confirmed with a deposit within 24 hours of scheduling or they are canceled, and the deposit goes toward the chosen style. A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is canceled. If the business cancels for any reason, the full deposit is refunded. Only the person being serviced may attend unless extra people were discussed in advance, and same-day appointments carry a $20 upcharge.

Wash and conditioning are included in each service for sanitation reasons. Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday 4 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday to Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 2 PM to 7 PM.
