The facial menu is built around two product lines. Green Envee facials include the Pomegranate Refining Peel Facial, a 45-minute treatment for $115, and the Power Peptide FloraEssence Peel Facial, a 30-minute treatment for $150. Circadia facials include the Clarifying Detox Acne Treatment, a 75-minute visit for $110 that includes an LED light treatment; the Triple Berry Brightening Treatment, a 75-minute visit for $125 that includes a lactic gel peel; the Luxe Lift Treatment, 75 minutes for $175; and the TGIF Facial at $175, which includes a retail product bundle when purchased.

Many facials can be extended or customized with add-ons, including extra extraction or massage time, gua sha facial massage, a cooling globe massage, a jelly mask, a firming peptide mask, nano infusion, a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, an eye or lip treatment, and brow, lip or chin work. Waxing can be added to any facial except peels and some advanced treatments.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service fee. Arriving late can lead to a tardiness charge or a rescheduling decision depending on the length of the service, and after repeated no-call no-shows or late arrivals a 50% deposit is required for future bookings. Clients who feel unsafe driving in severe weather may reschedule without penalty.

Treatments are organized around the Green Envee and Circadia lines, with add-ons that can be combined with a facial to tailor the visit.
