The menu is organized into core facials, advanced treatments such as peels, radio frequency and enzyme facials, body sculpting, a scalp treatment, lash and brow services, waxing, consultations and memberships. The light peel uses glycolic and lactic blends and takes 30 minutes, while the medium peel uses TCA blends and deeper acid combinations and takes 60 minutes. The Advanced Body Sculpting Treatment combines radio frequency, ultrasonic cavitation and non-invasive laser lipo, and is booked per area. Vacuum therapy, an enzyme body treatment and a fat freeze wrap are also offered, along with wood therapy as an add-on for lymph drainage.

There are three monthly memberships: Glow Lite at $145, Glow Plus at $245 and Glow VIP at $465. Each requires a six-month minimum commitment. Services are non-transferable and unused services do not carry over, and memberships do not pause automatically. Glow Lite members receive 10% off retail skincare and lash, brow and wax services.

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and same-day cancellations within four hours may be charged up to the full price at management's discretion. No-shows are charged in full and prepayment may be requested after one or more no-shows. Emergencies are reviewed case by case. Bookings are made through an online Fresha page, which also sells memberships, gift cards and products. Listed hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
