New clients are pointed toward the First Glow Experience, which opens with a consultation and skin analysis and is tailored on the day of the visit.
Booking terms ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $35 deposit can be paid by Zelle or Apple Pay, is non-refundable and goes toward the balance, and can be transferred once with 24 or more hours' notice.
