Diamond Glow is the treatment the business calls its number one resurfacing option. It uses a diamond grit hand piece with customized serums and can be done on the face, back, arms, feet and hands. Treatments are typically booked about once a month. Because it is non-invasive, clients can return to regular activities right away. Each treatment earns 150 to 200 Allē points, which the business equates to $15 to $20 cash back toward future services.

Facials are offered in tiers. The Platinum Facial, which the business describes as its most popular and comprehensive rejuvenation treatment, combines enzymatic exfoliation, dermaplaning and Diamond Glow Dermalinfusion, and it includes the Gold and Silver services. The Gold Facial starts with enzymatic exfoliation and moves into Diamond Glow and customized serums. The Silver Facial is a deep cleansing treatment with dermaplaning. Other options include a Diamond Microneedling Facial, a men's facial, a back facial and an acne-focused treatment.

A new client begins with a virtual phone consultation with Shireen before booking a treatment. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan and a home care routine. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays are by appointment only. Medical-grade and botanical products are also sold online through ShireenSkinShoppe, an online apothecary launched in 2024.
