A visit starts with a booking that requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or the full service is charged to the card. A first service includes an extra 15 minutes, and a salon coordinator may suggest a short consultation before a color service. Guests may be offered champagne, wine, tea or cappuccino during appointments. The salon is closed on Mondays and keeps shorter hours on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Services are grouped into haircut and style, color, Brazilian Blowout and extensions. Haircut work includes precision cuts, blowouts and updos, and the salon also offers makeup for events and hair and scalp treatments it describes as naturally derived.
