The main menu is knotless braiding in five sizes, from jumbo to extra small, with BoHo knotless braids in the same sizes and Fulani/tribal braids. Appointment length rises as the braids get smaller, and most styles do not include hair; a 12-inch hair add-on is available for $25 per service.

Other options include Natural Knotless, Natural Twists and Executive Twists, which use no added hair, basic Foundation and Stitch Braids, and a children's service for ages 3 to 12. Model Discounts offer a reduced or free style of the client's choosing, with the price set at consultation.

Before booking, clients pay a $100 deposit. New clients must book a consultation at least 4 days ahead. Hair should be at least 1 inch long, arrive freshly washed and dry, and be supplied by the client unless the service includes it. Closed-container drinks and snacks are encouraged, and clients who are tender-headed are asked not to book.
