About

The practice describes itself as therapist-owned and client-centered. It is in suite 303 on the east side of the Hoffner Airport Offices complex, close to Downtown Orlando and Orlando International Airport. The office is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Booking is by appointment only, either online or by calling or texting the office. When scheduling, clients are asked to share health conditions, allergies and any special needs. During a session, clients can adjust the pressure, room lighting, music and temperature, and choose whether to talk or stay quiet. Phones are asked to be silenced on arrival, and the office is fragrance-free, so clients are asked to avoid perfume, scented lotions and body sprays. Sessions run for the full length booked, so a 60-minute visit includes 60 minutes of hands-on work.

The business says it aims to match each client with the type of treatment that suits their needs, and it works from the view that mind and body are connected. It notes that massage can be part of care for chronic pain, stress, anxiety, injury recovery, and range of motion and flexibility. Therapeutic massage is tailored to the client's goals, whether that is pain relief or relaxation. Deep tissue sessions are customized for muscle tension, connective tissue and pain. Intraoral TMJD massage addresses TMJ dysfunction, headaches and jaw tension, and is done with latex-free gloves worn inside the mouth. Facials and skincare treatments are also offered.

Insurance is not accepted, but HSA and FSA cards are. Cash and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted, with full payment due at the time of service. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged the full appointment amount. Refunds are not offered; prepaid appointments cancelled outside the notice window become account credit. No-shows are charged the full session amount, to be paid before the next booking. Clients who arrive late receive the remaining time in their appointment and are charged the full service amount. Clients under 18 need a signed parental consent form, and those 16 and under need a parent present during the massage. Gift certificates can be bought online for any amount and are redeemable for services only, with no cash value. The business also publishes a blog on massage, stress, meditation and health.

The practice aims to match each client with the treatment that fits their needs and works from the view that the mind and body are connected.

A fragrance-free office where clients choose their own pressure, lighting, music, temperature and level of conversation.
