About

Most visits start with a conversation. Consultations are free, run about 15 minutes, and can be held in person or by FaceTime to talk through a client's hair or lash history and what they want next. A consultation is required for new clients and for chemical services, color services and volume lashing. Most services take a deposit between $20 and $50, with new clients paying $20 toward a lash set and $25 toward demi/semi color. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash work is organized by set and by fill. Sets run from hybrid wispy and lite volume through moderate, classic volume and mega volume, with timing from about 3 hours to 3.5 hours depending on the style. Fills are for established clients only and need to be booked 14 days out, with at least half of the lashes still in place; otherwise a full-price new set applies. A quicker PTGlow mini fill is a touch-up rather than a full fill, and it needs 80 to 90 percent of extensions remaining or a booking within 9 days. College students with a valid school ID can book the College Baddie service, which covers hybrid and moderate/lite sets. Lash removal is offered for extensions applied by another artist, as the business does not work over other artists' lashes.

On the hair side, the menu includes haircuts and trims, clipper cuts, blowouts, roller and rod sets, twist-outs, silk presses, relaxers, weaves, tape-in installs, perms, custom wigs, wig maintenance, loc care and braid takedowns. Custom wig clients supply their own hair and can buy a frontal or closure from the business, and the wig takes 7 to 14 business days to build. Tape-in installs and perms also require a consultation first, and color services need clean, dry, detangled hair. The business has a cancellation policy that asks for changes by phone or at least 24 hours ahead, and a 50 percent fee applies to no-shows.

Consultation comes first for chemical, color and volume work, so the service is planned around each client's hair or lash history.
