Services are grouped into full services, a set of squeeze-in appointments with their own prices and shorter versions of several installs and silk presses, and a range of extension and wig products. Tape-in and sew-in installs, flip over method installs, lace closure installs and wig installs are all offered. Touch-ups are available for installs Paris has done, within set time windows after the original appointment. Scalp work includes a purifying cleanse, a deep scalp therapy that starts with a scalp analysis, and a longer scalp detox experience with steam, exfoliation and an aromatherapy massage.
Appointments must be booked online. A consultation by FaceTime or Zoom lasts 25 minutes and costs $50, and is recommended before ordering a custom wig unit or booking a tape-in install. Clients can also send an inquiry through the website form, and the studio contacts those it considers a good fit. A non-refundable $50 deposit is taken at booking, and it is applied to the cost of the service rather than added on top. If a booking is rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit carries over to one rescheduled visit.
The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and is closed on Mondays and Saturdays.
