Lash services include full sets, refills and removal. Refills are offered only when at least half of the existing lashes are still on, and clients send photos and a video before booking. Removal is limited to lashes that were applied by the studio, and a picture is required before booking. Removal includes a lash bath.
Hair appointments focus on wig installation. Options include traditional and half up half down quickweaves, closure wig installs, frontal wig installs and wig reinstalls. Quickweaves need three bundles and hair washed and blow dried beforehand. Closure and frontal installs accept only HD and transparent wigs, and wigs with a T-part or thick hairline are not accepted. Wigs for closure and frontal installs are dropped off one to two days ahead, and reinstalls require a video of the lace before booking.
A combo option pairs a wig install with lash work for one listed price, and the hair is braided down for that appointment. Combo wigs must be dropped off 24 hours ahead and cannot have a T-part or thick hairline. The studio also lists a one-on-one lash class that must be booked two weeks in advance with a $100 deposit.
