Lash services come in three styles: Natural, Volume and Hybrid. A Natural Set takes an hour and costs $110, a Hybrid set takes 1 hour 15 minutes at $120, and a Volume Set takes 1 hour 30 minutes at $130. A classic Natural Set can be requested at the appointment, before the service begins.
Fills are priced by how many weeks have passed since the last set, at one, two or three weeks, and each style has its own rate and appointment length. If lashes were applied by another technician, they must be removed first with the 30-minute Lash Removal service, which costs $40. The studio does not fill extensions that another technician applied.
Appointments are booked for their full time. Arriving 10 minutes or more late adds a $15 charge, and arriving more than 10 minutes late means the appointment has to be rescheduled. Online rescheduling is open up to 24 hours ahead, and clients can move an appointment up to two times before it is cancelled. Same-day cancellations must be rebooked and are not refunded, and rebooking after the online window needs an additional deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable. Cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted, and children are not permitted at appointments.
Before a visit, clients should remove eye makeup and arrive with clean lashes, without face cream in the eye area or mascara. Afterward, new lashes should be left dry for 24 hours, brushed and cleaned daily, and kept away from oil-based makeup removers. Concerns about a service should be emailed within 24 hours of the appointment or texted to the business line.
The studio works to a set style of its own, which it says cannot be reproduced by filling another technician's work.
