THELASHTRAP works out of Boss Bae Headquarters on West 18th Street in Los Angeles. The studio's services fall into four areas: lash services, brow services, microblading, and combined lash and brow appointments.

Lash services include lash lifts with an optional tint, full sets in a style the client chooses, and fills for existing lashes. Fills are offered only when current lashes are at least half full, and they are not offered for lashes applied at another salon, in which case a new set is needed. Lash removal is available on its own or at a reduced price when booked with a full set.

Brow work includes Luxury Brow Services and microblading, including a 3D HairStrokes method that the studio describes as a semi-permanent tattoo creating hair-like strokes, classed as permanent makeup. A Soft Blade option fills gaps in the brow rather than redoing the whole shape, and microblading removal uses a saline solution to lighten or remove ombre powder and pigment. The studio also sells gift cards for lash services.
