THELASHADDICTSS focuses on lash services, booked around fill intervals and full sets. Appointments are scheduled as two-week fills, three-week fills, full sets or solo services, so clients can choose the option that matches how long their current lashes have been on.

The owner says appointments are not rushed. Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and no extra guests are allowed at appointments, which keeps each visit focused on the client being serviced.

Booking is secured with a $15 deposit, plus a $1 service fee that is added to the booking and does not count toward the total. Deposits are nonrefundable, and completed services are not refunded. One reschedule is allowed with the same deposit if requested 24 to 48 hours before the appointment; same-day rescheduling requires a new deposit.

Lateness has a set policy: a $10 late fee applies for every 10 minutes late, and an appointment may be cancelled if the client is more than 20 minutes late. A no-call, no-show results in a charge of 100% of the service and a ban from booking future appointments. Clients should not book a lash appointment directly after another appointment.
