Brow services start with a shaping appointment and can add tinting, lamination, or both. Waxing ranges from small areas such as the lip and chin up to full arms, full legs and full back. Brazilian waxing is offered for new clients with extra consultation time, and the studio recommends hair about a quarter inch long for best results. A vajacial, which includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, a mask and moisturizer, is best scheduled five to seven days after a waxing visit.

Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and a delay beyond that can lead to cancellation and loss of the deposit, with services possibly shortened or moved at the esthetician's discretion. Cancellations within two hours forfeit the deposit, and an appointment can be rescheduled up to two times before a new booking and deposit are needed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit.

Multi-session Brazilian bundles and a monthly Wax Club membership, for women or men, are priced below booking each visit separately. Membership benefits apply automatically at in-store checkout, and package credits apply automatically when booked through the Services page.
