The menu is built around several extension styles: Natural, Hybrid, Volume, Wispy, Wet (also called the mascara set) and Classic. Natural sets use lightweight volume fans on each natural lash for a soft, fluffy finish. Volume sets use handcrafted 3D to 5D fans for a denser, fuller look. Hybrid sets mix classic lashes with volume fans for a texture that sits between natural and full, while Wispy sets pair volume fullness with placed spikes for a fluttery finish. The Wet set aims for a dark, defined, lightweight look with a soft wispy edge.

Returning clients can book refills for Hybrid, Natural, Volume and Wispy sets. Refills are offered only when at least 40% of the lashes remain, and the expected interval depends on the style, from about two weeks for Natural sets to two to three weeks for Volume sets. A Lash Fix is a lighter touch-up, usually needed within a week of the original appointment, and lash removal is also available.
