TheBeautyExpert is located in Suite 210 at 2301 N Collins St in Arlington, Texas. Appointments are booked by category: sew-ins, quick weaves, wig services, low tension styles and maintenance. Hours run Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM, with the salon closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. After-hours appointments may be offered on Friday and Saturday when availability allows, and these can carry an extra fee.

The salon asks for a deposit to hold an appointment, and that deposit is applied to the service balance. Deposits are non-refundable. Arrivals within a 15-minute grace period are accepted, after which a $30 late fee is added to the service; arriving 20 minutes or more late cancels the appointment. Client-supplied hair is the client's responsibility to have clean, dry and suitable, and the salon does not guarantee its quality, shedding, tangling or wear. Service concerns should be reported within 24 hours of the appointment, and a reasonable correction may be offered at no added charge. Completed services are final sale, and changes requested after arrival may not be possible or may cost extra.
