The salon's mission centers on body positivity, self-love and conscious care, and it welcomes clients of all ages, backgrounds, genders and abilities. It describes its space as a serene, sacred place for relaxation and self-care. Visits take place with therapeutic-grade essential oils, HEPA air filters and curated music, and clients are offered herbal sparkling water and organic chocolates.

Every esthetician is trained in the salon's signature technique, which pairs body mechanics with nervous system awareness. Exclusive treatments include Serum Skin, Radiant Skin, Ingrown Serum and Ingrown Peel. Retail items include an Ingrown Serum and Yoni Oil for at-home care, and members get 10% off retail products.

Online booking covers up to six services per visit; more can be booked by phone, text or email. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a card is kept on file to secure appointments. Estheticians work on commission. Metered parking runs along College Ave, with free two-hour parking on nearby side streets and free all-day parking on Forest Street.
