Clients book online and receive a confirmation, since walk-ins are not accepted. Online booking closes two hours before the requested time; clients who are closer than that can message the business directly, though a same-day slot is not guaranteed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients can ask for a break at any point, and the wax stops when they ask. The charge then depends on how far the service got: after one strip it is free, halfway is half price, and nearly finished is usually full price.
Face services cover the brows, lips, cheeks, chin, ears, nose, neck and a full-face option, and eyebrow tint is available as a semi-permanent add-on. Body services run from small areas such as the feet and underarms up to full legs and full back. Regular clients can book the business's Saturday opening, which takes place once every four weeks from 9 AM to 5 PM. Packages of 3, 6 or 12 of the same wax reduce the per-visit price.
Policies on age and intimate services are set out clearly. Clients must be at least 18 to be waxed alone for intimate areas. Clients aged 16 or 17 can have intimate services only with a parent in the room for the whole appointment. For other services, a parent must be present at the first visit and sign a minor consent form before a minor can be seen alone. Brazilian and bikini full waxing are currently offered only to clients with vulvas, while full butt and butt strip waxing are open to all clients.
Clients are asked to let hair grow to at least a quarter inch and not trim beforehand, to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before the appointment but not on the day, and to avoid retinoids and acne treatments on the area for at least 7 days before. A no-call, no-show is charged 20% of the total booked services to the card on file. Services that are not on the menu can be requested by message, and the business will check whether it can accommodate them.
