Still Spa's menu is organized around facials, body treatments, massage, and nail and hair-removal services. Facials range from quick back and express options to longer treatments, with HydraFacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, and oxygen facials among the options. The spa also offers a custom facial using Eminence Organic Skin Care products, and a signature facial that runs 90 minutes. Massage options include Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, gua sha, aromatherapy, maternity, and CBD massage, and several add-ons such as cupping, reflexology, and dry brush exfoliation can be added to a session.
Guests who would rather stay put can book in-suite massages, subject to availability and room type; an extra $40 per person applies. Select hotel suites offer in-suite couples massage. The spa does not have a shared couples treatment room, so couples instead wait together in the relaxation lounge, which serves complimentary tea and citrus-infused water. Robes and slippers are provided, and hotel guests may wear their guestroom robe and slippers.
Facilities include a women's locker room with a dry cedar sauna and two showers, one of them a rainfall shower, and a men's locker room with an infrared sauna and a private shower. The spa does not have a swimming pool or hot tub and does not sell day passes. Groups of four or more can book Group Spa Day, which includes champagne, mimosa juice, truffles, and 15% off services and same-day retail, with a 20% automatic gratuity. Each person in a group must book at least one 60- to 90-minute massage, body treatment, or facial.
Guests should book a valid credit card at reservation; appointments are not charged in advance. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early, complete an intake form before each service and update it yearly, and be 16 or older for massage, body treatments, or facials. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, though same-day openings are not guaranteed. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are charged the full service cost. Late arrivals may have shortened treatments, but the full fee still applies.
