Facials make up a large part of the menu, and most use Lira Clinical products. Options range from the Acne Relief Facial, which uses the brand's ICE line along with extractions, to the Hydro Calm Facial, a cooling option for sensitive or irritated skin. A Customized Facial begins with a consultation and skin analysis, so the products and techniques can be chosen for each client's concerns. Dermaplaning is available as a full facial or as an add-on, and an LED light therapy add-on is a 20-minute treatment with light settings chosen for each client.

Bridal packages are designed for weddings, celebrations and personal resets. Custom packages can be arranged for needs the listed packages do not cover.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving 10 or more minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Children under 13 are not allowed in the treatment room or waiting area, and one guest may accompany a client. Guests aged 16 to 18 need parent or legal guardian consent for any service, and guests under 16 must have a parent or guardian present for the full service. Clients can book online through the website, and booking means agreeing to the spa's policies.
