Every new client starts with a required First-Time Client appointment of about 40 minutes. It covers brow history, brow goals and an overview of the services, and other services are not offered during that visit. The consultation is $30, plus the cost of a design, a tint, or both, and the full first-visit range runs from $30 to $120.

Brow design (trimming, tweezing and waxing, about 25 minutes) can be paired with a tint using professional hair color, which the business says brings out eye color, hair color and skin tone and can make brows look fuller. Lamination is a keratin-based straightening treatment for all brow hair types, and it can be combined with design, tint, or both in a single visit of up to 90 minutes. MicroWisping is offered at $300. Lash tinting darkens lashes from root to tip and suits long, light-colored lashes, and lip waxing is done in small sections to limit peeling.

Signature techniques are meant to keep natural brow growth healthy while shaping brows to look softly groomed or more defined.
