The Portland location has nine rooms: four wine soak rooms with full-body soaking tubs, four massage rooms and one couples massage room. Vinotherapy rooms are fully private. Soaks combine Epsom salt, botanicals, warm water and Willamette Valley wine, kept between 100 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Vinotherapy packages pair a private soak with a massage or facial and a glass of wine for guests 21 and older. Guests under 21 receive a non-alcoholic soak made with resveratrol Cabernet bath bombs, and any package can be made non-alcoholic. Every vinotherapy menu service begins with a foot soak in a zero-gravity chair.

The Dundee location is designed for groups and has a full wine bar, two treatment rooms, six zero-gravity chairs and a couples suite. It is part of the Dundee Hotel, with concierge access, and offers a three-pour Willamette Valley wine tasting for $35 per person, with massages available after tasting. Nail services run on weekends from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the location hosts private events and spa parties. It is open Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Monday through Wednesday by appointment only. Facials use Caudalie products, including its Resveratrol collection, and the business says a Caudalie trainer from Paris trained its estheticians. The spa states that its massage therapists and estheticians are trained and licensed. Its monthly Soakciety membership includes one 50-minute massage or facial each month, a rotating glass of wine, and member discounts on additional services and retail. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, with a three-month minimum before moving to month-to-month.

For celebrations, private events are offered for up to 10 guests, with each guest choosing their own service. Groups of four or more receive a bottle of wine. Outside alcohol is not allowed in the facilities, but wine and champagne are sold on site. Gift cards are also available.

The spa describes its approach as bringing old-world vinotherapy into the modern era by combining Willamette Valley wines with modern science and wellness. It partners with local wineries to use surplus or mislabeled Willamette Valley wine in its treatments, currently with Terra Vina Winery.

The Portland location sits in central northeast Portland and presents itself as a quiet retreat.
