Nail art is a clear strength. The Fall Freestyle service with Cassie is a fixed $100 for a 165-minute appointment that includes fills and full sets, and it can be booked only with her. Designs can include encapsulated glitter, diamonds, 3D flowers, chrome, cat eye, or hand-painted characters.

The salon is open Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Manicure, acrylic, gel X and hard gel prices vary by technician, and appointment lengths are listed for each service. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged the no-show fee, which is 50% of all services booked, with one exception. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late pay a $10 late fee, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes. Card payments carry a 3.5% fee; the salon takes cash or card only. Clients are asked not to bring children or extra guests. Services are final once the client leaves, so concerns should be raised within 24 hours. Nail breaks within 7 days of the first appointment are covered; after that, repairs are charged.

The Willow Toes Club is a monthly membership priced at $90. Each month it covers one gel pedicure with simple nail art, two polish changes that also come with simple nail art, one mimosa, and 10% off for a friend who books alongside the member. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 values, or in a custom amount, and once bought they cannot be returned.
